Titel: Covariates, measured variables around our trial, and how we can implement them into our statistical models

Abstract:

Incorporating environmental information into statistical models is reported to improve their predictive accuracy for yield. In our study, we compare suitability of multiple mixed-model for incorporateing environmental covariates, namely the kinship model, extended Finlay–Wilkinson regression, reduced-rank regression, and factorial regression.
